"We loved our stay at the Hotel Palace Royal. We had a balcony room overlooking the atrium and pool, which was one of the highlights of the stay. Lots of people spent time on their balconies, which contributed to a sense of community that is rare in most hotels. The hotel offered entertainment nightly, which wrapped up by 10pm each night. The pool was a delight. The room was comfortable for our family of 4. Our kids slept on the pull-out sofa bed. There wasn't a ton of convenient storage so we got creative. The hotel is conveniently located with an easy walk into the old city but also easy access to the highway for day trips. The restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel were excellent, and when we stayed, an ice rink was set up in front of the Palais Montcalm."

"We were on a impromptu vacation to Quebec City and we had a fantastic time. The Hilton hotel views from the room made the stay spectacular ! The staff was very courteous and attentive from the front-desk reception to the cleaning crew. "Everything was A1. We had an issue with the AC that was cooling too much the room but they offer us a free upgrade room change that was perfect. Not my first stay there and certainly not my last. Also there was room for the parking. Pool and gym was clean and available."
