"Decent stay - Was disappointed that on check-in there was no shampoo or conditioner. Having refillable dispensers in the room is great for the environment, but not good for guests if you don't check/refill them. The front desk couldn't refill them, so just gave us a handful of disposable shampoo conditioner bottles."

"The hotel was lovely, and the room was one of the nicest that we have had anywhere. The only complaints are not with respect to the hotel but rather with the independent service , Expedia, that arranges for the hotels. The administration at Expedia misleads customers into believing that one is arranging for rooms with the hotel directly. If there needs to be a change, then it is not possible, because the arrangements were made actually with Expedia; the payment arrangements go to Expedia and...

"Extremely friendly staff and beautiful location. Everything is well appointed. There's a cafe and the little cul-de-sac if you want to go have a meal. A nice lounge area and bar. The pool works beautiful. We just were there at the wrong time of year. Would definitely stay again."

"My shower had no seat or grab rails to hang on to when washing feet etc. Easy to slip for seniors like me. Also very difficult to turn on shower without getting sprayed with hot or cold water due to sliding glass panel next to shower control locked/immobile. However staff very understanding/helpful and worked to resolve the shower issue, All in all a very pleasant stay. "
