"This hotel is located in the middle of the action being that you’re high up there. You don’t really hear the craziness if that’s your thing then this is your Hotel. It was not my thing but best case scenario was this Hotel because you’re so high up that it’s safe quiet and comfortable."

"Used the gym & pool several times. House keeping service was excellent here. Rooms were immaculate every day. Nothing too much trouble for the house keeping staff. I also used the free shuttle service to get to Armenian street. "

"Staff at reception were very friendly. When we got to our room we realised they had given us the wrong room configuration. When we called the front desk to let them know they were very helpful and sent staff around with different room keys so we could get the room required. We didn’t get to use the facilities so can’t really comment but all staff were fantastic and we will stay there again. "
