"Great hotel in the heart of Shinjuku. Lots of action nearby with shops, bars, and restaurants. Close to train station and the hotel is attached to a movie theater that has dining options and a 7/11 to get your snacks. Staff is nice and friendly. My only issue is the room is very small, but it made up for it because it had a tub in the bathroom which was great."

"Check in was very easy as well as check out. The train station was at walking distance. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The only thing was the room was extremely tiny, but I believe that is the standard room in Japan. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Excellent value for the cost of the room. lobby is modern but the rooms are dated (but clean). Small crack in sink porcelain, some set in stains in carpet but it was clean. Comfortable bed and linens. Felt very safe and super convenient location near Shinagawa station. 7/11 on the property was amazing to have! Would easily stay here again!"

"Everything about the hotel was excellent except their AC system in room. I maxed it out and it could barely keep up with humidity and heat. When we showered vents would drip on carpet so make sure you use provided slippers. also something Iam not used to but had to reserve going to pool and had to pay for chair in order to get reservation. Its super cheap just odd that hilton would do that as it was only me and 3 other families in entire pool for hours."

"The shower walls had some mold spots. Staff cleaned them once we reported this condition. We inquired about getting a late check-out since our flight wasn’t till 6:00 pm. However, the hotel wanted to charge us approx. 5,000 yen for two hours so we declined. We are not used to having to pay for late check-out. We have stayed at this hotel 5 times in the last 2 1/2 years but next time we visit Tokyo, we will consider staying at another property."

The design of the washrooms - the sink/wash basin is not in the washroom. Also the water tends to spread over the floor while showering. An enclosed shower cubicle would help."
