"Super Great Service by the front desk staff. They were extremely cordial and accommodating upon my arrival at 5:45 AM from overnight international flights of 25 hours. They arranged an early check-in as a room was available. Sleep in the luxurious bed was much appreciated. The Fairmont property was well located and convenient to many areas we explored during my first trip to SIngapore. The property was connected to a shopping center and all the dining options available as a mini "Hawking Center" in the mall's basement levels. The MRT subway system station was also directly accessible with a station through the shopping center basement which we utilized during the trip."

"Amazing view of the Bay Area - it’s as good as it gets. The rooms are large and well appointed. We didn’t like the shower which was inside a bathtub but otherwise no real complaint. "

"Got there about 110.00 am and checked in Ok and they let us into the room then as well even though they did not have to or could charged extra. Hotel was in the centre of the colonial district with plenty of old colonial buildings all around as well as many shopping and food malls nearby. Room was modern with nice bathroom and view."
