"Fantastic stay! Lovely breakfast. It was my son’s birthday and he mentioned this when checking in. When we arrived back in the room there was a birthday surprise waiting for him. Very thoughtful and lovely touch. "

"A really lovely hotel, slightly dated in decor but not that it spoilt the stay. Parking was brilliant managed to charge my EV whilst there. We chose this hotel as it was close to the NEC the best priced with also a leisure centre. The staff were wonderful very polite, but not too intrusive. A perfect blend. "

"Comfy, clean and super convenient for the NEC. Beware that parking is extra - I may have missed that in their info, but the extra £15 was a bit of a surprise. Buffet brekkie is good. "

"Great rooms but we had booked for 3 adults in one room and the room was only prepared for 2, tried to call reception and the phone didn’t work! However once informed, the staff quickly sorted this out. There are some doors right at the end of the corridor by 3077 which banged all night, other than that, it was a great stay "

"Walking distance to the nec , pub next door, bed was uncomfortable for us ( to hard ) , a/c unit in room was faulty, wouldn't turn off one minute it was hot next kicking out cold and very noisy , rang reception at 11.15pm ish was told someone would come to room to look at it, the issue with the a/c unfortunately didn't get resolved "
