"We had plenty of space for 4 guys. We spent most of our time in living room or balcony. The sound of the fountain and architecture of the house made it peaceful. You have the full view of the city. The staff were helpful and communicative over WhatsApp. We asked for messages and coordinated with professionals familiar with house. There’s a bit of travel to and from San Jose or sure but it’s worth it. Always tell driver to follow the signs and the street has white stones lining the roadway....

"The start of my stay was very upsetting with a rude security guard who is obsessed with reverse parking. I could speak a reasonable amount of Spanish but my parents can not - he was so mean and angry they did not understand - I was translating to ensure they parked in a way he was happy with. I reported it to the owner but it didn’t seem like the issue was dealt with. "I arrived early on a Tuesday after flight delays. The place was nice- a lot of construction going on- but nice. Pool looked like it needed a shock but it’s not yet hot enough. Walked into town and enjoyed good food at La casa de Layla. The host was nice. I missed breakfast because I was sleeping soundly. Comfy spot to get adjusted to Tico life. "

"This was just an absolute pleasure to stay at this place. The amenities were great and everything was perfect. From beginning to the end the communication was great. Whatsapp keeps the communication great and makes your stay private. Text them just about anything you want and it is done. You can also order Uber eats and get grocerys or food delivered. "I’ve stayed at many places but this is definitely one of my favorites. The building looks brand new and very well-maintained. There is a hangout room on the top floor with a huge Tv and coffee machine. Next to it is a small gym with a bathroom and a shower! There is also WiFi that works very well in both rooms! "Communication was easy and fast with the owner, they have the option to leave a key in lockbox for you. This property was pretty big! The whole home sleeps at least eight people, if not more. There is an upstairs ( multiple bedrooms and 1 bath) and a downstairs, a full kitchen, sitting area, a dining area, and a little living room. "The house is perfect for a family, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. It was amazing to get up in the morning, have a coffee and sit outside. The view is vast and you can see far and wide. My one wish was ro see a toucan which we did a few days before we left. It was in a tree in the back yard and waited for us to get the perfect picture before he flew away. We also saw geckos which make some really weird noises but they kept all the bugs out of the house. The property is quite far...

"We booked a night here to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. It was a lovely hotel with lots to do! We could have happily spent a few more days here. Check in was fast and friendly, the room was perfect and clean. There were food options, a pool, casino and even a place we could drop our rental car off. Excellent experience! "

"El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación muy favorable, cerca del aeropuerto y del centro de la capital, cuenta con piscina y habitaciones con vista a ellas, tiene gym full equipado y restaurante 24/7 con Dennis, así como otros restaurantes dentro del mismo lugar, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con todo lo necesario, las camas super cómodas, no hay ruidos lo cual es importante, está en constante remodelación, muy recomendado por el precio. El único tema sería que la habitación tenía una puerta para unirse con la habitación de la par y se puede escuchar ruido durante las noches pero se entiende cuando lo que se busca es quedarse en familia y se necesita de esa manera, no sé si hay habitaciones sin estas puertas. El desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno. En general muy recomendado todo"

"This is a great hotel to stay at for a night if you’re just getting or leaving from SJO. Free shuttle, free breakfast, spacious and clean rooms. The vending machines and store are kind of pricey but if you can, try and go to a nearby store for water. The only downside I can think of is maybe it doesn’t have a mini fridge but not a big deal. "
