"Excellent staff, super helpful and courteous. The hotel itself can use a facelift. The pool was clean the first few days of my arrival but disgusting by mid-week and wasn’t cleaned for the rest of my stay. Swim up bar lacked items from menu and the restaurants in the hotel were usually closed or didn’t have menu items either. However, there were restaurants within walking distance and Uber Eats is also in abundance. Travel in December is a beast from this location. "

"Stayed here at the beginning and end of the trip. It was quick and everything was great. One thing when checking out they tried to charge us for the room which was already paid for but we caught it in time. Could have been an honest mistake but they should pay closer attention to this as we almost tapped the card thinking it was for room charges. "

"The staff is outstanding, friendly, with good english skills. Rides to airport 5 minutes away were a bonus, though traffic makes for a longer taxi ride to there from airport. Good breakfast included and the dinners were affordable and good"

"We stayed because we had 8 hrs that we didn’t want to wait in the airport so got the room to rest and clean up. Advertised that it was close to airport. IT IS NOT! 1.5 hrs in traffic or 35 min no traffic. That is not close"
