"This property was perfect for our family. We wanted hot springs at the resort without a ton of people coming in from outside. Only hotel guests used the resort. The kids loved eating at the sushi restaurant while in a hot spring. It was also super safe. Kids could roam without worry. It was super quiet at night and we slept well. Loved it. "

"The amenities and service at Los Lagos were amazing! The pools were great. We loved it during the day time but it was a party scene on a Saturday night. It was possible to find a little less rowdy spots though. The great breakfast and awesome pools more than made up for the less than spectacular room. Would definitely return nonetheless!"
