"Barceló Bávaro Resort provided an excellent stay for our family! Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did a fantastic job coming by daily to clean and provide fresh towels. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend making reservations at some of the on-site restaurants—they are definitely worth it! Japanese Restaurants was great! The only small drawback was that we weren’t given a map...

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"We really enjoyed staying at Zel. The staff was amazing, especially Enrique & Louis at the Tacorini!! The food was really good for an all-inclusive. Rooms were very clean, the grounds were well maintained, big pool and just a short 15 min walk to the beach. Played tennis and pickleball."
