Cheap Hotels in Caribbean

"I spent a 4 night solo mini-vacation at the lovely British Colonial Hotel. The food and drinks were superb. I never had a problem finding a lounger by either pool or on the beach. One of the nights the people in the room next to me were loud and trying to come into my room through the locked adjoining door. The manager, Vanria, graciously moved me to a quieter room with a fantastic view for my last night. "

"Loved that every thing was very clean from rooms to grounds to pools and beaches. Loved the professional service by all very friendly staff. Loved that it was so close to everything in Nassau and everything is self contained on the resort. Great resort for all family members. The restaurants and bars had great food, all of them. They also had great entertainment. Beautiful beaches with white sand and clear, warm and clean water. It is a little expensive especially for Canadians due to money conversion to USA currency. It is very high end resort, but all worth it. The casino is beautiful and massive. It is right on the premisses. What I did not really like, is there are not much options for breakfast restaurants. There three or four a la cart or food counter type. Breakfasts here can be pretty expensive as all the meals. One restaurant seemed to be filled with people, clean, great breakfast food and reasonable priced. Everyone one seemed to go there as their only choice go to. This was Murry’s Deli. There was no other breakfast servers as competition. It is a must go to. Anthony’s across the way also served breakfast and reasonably priced but does not open until 11:00 am. It is across the street off the resort. "

"The Atlantis property is beautiful, clean and so much fun ! We enjoyed the Reef for our family of 5 it was quiet and more family friendly then the Royal. Thank you Atlantis for such a fun time! We could see how much the staff cares for the property by how wonderful and well kept the property was. "
