"We loved all the pools and the monkeys on the beach made the stay very special. The star class pool bar had the best drinks and snacks. We really enjoyed those! All the à la carte restaurants were excellent and the personnel very nice and hard working. The purple vibe party was so much fun. "

"Staff was great and hotel was beautiful. Food was good but could be better. Because we traveled during the holiday busy week, it took us an hr to get to downtown la Fortuna. So, most nights we decided to stay at the hotel for dinner. It would be nice if things stayed open later like the hot springs and kids club, etc. But the service was exceptional. Free laundry machines to wash your clothes and shoe dryer was a bonus! "

"I stayed at the Raddison San Jose for 6 nights, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to a Wal-Mart. While it wasn’t anything overly luxurious, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would consider staying here again. "

"The property is located in the heart of Tamarindo, on one of the best stretches of Tamarindo beach. It has 4-5 restaurants attached to it, including Italian, a steak house, a fish place, a sushi place...and the most amazing ice cream. The rooms are clean, our ac was a bit noisy but otherwise was doing its job. The pools are clean and the breakfast buffet features tasty fruits, freshly made omelets, waffles and what not. The activities desk is open until 10pm and is very accommodating. Their prices are very reasonable, no need to hunt for deals elsewhere. We had a great time!"
