"We were in Galway as part of a longer family vacation. I chose this hotel because it had good reviews and reasonably priced. I was pleased that it was so close to the train station. If we ever return to Galway I would stay there again."

"This hotel delivered everything we needed for a family short stay. The staff were both friendly and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable, not spacious but the lovely view made up for it. The breakfast was good and parking is right next door. "

"Great location, rooms very small but everything thats needed is there, if you have mobility issues then this place is definitely a no no as you do have to crawl over the bed to get into covers and slide yourself down to the bottom to get out. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the place is very clean, i had no issue with outside noise but did get woken in the early hours of our last night there by people gathering on floor talking and laughing but thats not the fault of the hotel. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby, if you dont mind small spaces then this is a great place for a Galway break. "

"The bellman service was top notch, the food at the Pullman was such an experience, and the grounds and decor are so beautiful."

"We upgraded our room, so it was fantastic. The courtesy car driver was absolutely great! I think the hotel could work on its housekeeping…you don’t get refills of anything, creamers for coffee, salts for the bath, or even toilet paper. I would stay there again, but breakfasts need to improve."
