"Hotel is as beautiful as advertised, if not more. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were really spacious, modern and clean. Also the restaurant food was amazing."

"We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. The room had everything we needed bar 1 thing, an English speaking TV channel. The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was the best we've had for a long time. Lots of choice! Excellent hot and cold drinks. We were particularly impressed with the Nespresso machine in the room and also in the breakfast buffet. Hotel was in a good location and everything was in walking distance."

"Hotel was in a good location and the terrace connected to our room was nice overlooking Prague. Customer service was average and there were issues with the showers in both bathrooms. Fix your plumbing. Building works going on which was noisy in the morning. Cleaning could have been better. "

"Very quiet all weekend. When went to breakfast we were always very surprised to see how many people weee actually staying at the hotel. Great location just outside the tourist traps and close enough to walk but trams, buses and a metro all vey close. We used them to get from and to the Airport. 45-50 mins cost us 40KCZ. (£1.40) for a 90 minute ticket. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all. Also, I found it strange they did not empty the bin in the bathroom or the main room for the 3 nights we were there. Check in was...

"My friend and I visited Prague last week and we had a great experience! The hotel is very nice and the staff is wonderful. The hotel is by all tourist attractions which makes it a perfect hotel if you are visiting for only a few days. The room and hotel was very clean and well kept. The only remark is that the shower tub is very high which you have to be careful getting out of. I don't know what it is like in other hotel rooms. "We stayed here for two nights. Hotel had a beautiful lobby and great bar. The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low. Breakfast was great, tons of options. We used the gym and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment. "
