"The property was good. The food was okay. The entertainment staff made the trip the best. It was disappointing that during our stay, a half day of the beach was taken over for a wedding. The wedding, cocktail hour, and reception resulted in all beach activities for the day being cancelled. Last minute. It was very apparent that the management planned poorly when the published daily events didn’t reflect any changes until midday. A designated wedding location, that doesn’t interrupt the other...

"Our stay at the property was out of this world. We had such an amazing time. The food was good, only hiccup was dinner. They try to create an American style menu which is okay, but would have preferred more local cuisines. Staff was friendly, beach was beautiful and secluded. Our room was very clean and I have to say the design was great. I am looking forward to going back with my kids since this time was a couple trip. Thank you having us. One last thing, we did a romantic dinner on the beach....

"This was our first all-inclusive stay in ten years. Overall, we enjoyed it. The resort was beautiful and so peaceful-like you were in a tropical jungle, and our room was huge and so awesome (swim-up suite). The biggest issue was that the resort had changed since we booked, so we couldn't go over to the other resort/access the kids club until I bothered the front desk several times. We finally got a special bracelet. The other resort was bigger and had an amazing waterpark that our kids loved."
