"We stayed in a unmodernised room I'm sure when all rooms are finished it will be marvellous. Breakfast is in a dark room with very bad lights. No poached eggs, coffee from a machine , where was the service, most of the staff were ok Big thank you to the doorman."

"I booked a family room for our weekend trip. However, there was a wedding on Saturday night, and while the hotel did post a notice in the elevator about loud music until midnight, they assigned us a room on the 2nd floor—directly above the wedding venue. This seemed like the worst possible placement for a family with young children. A bit more consideration from the staff could have made a difference, like assigning us a room on a higher floor to minimise the noise. "
