"Very happy with our stay, we traveled on the ferry late and arrived in Dover just before midnight, the hotel was very easy to find and only a very short drive for the ferry port, hotel was undergoing renovations and this was clearly sign posted in spite of this it was lovely inside and the to staff member on reception were extremely helpful and very accommodating, really great service. "Hotel was okay apart from the latch on the bedroom door being faulty. A little distressed about it as it was the day I checked in. I locked the door ready to settle down for the evening, but remembered that I had left something in my car. As I tried to exit the room the latch was stuck and had to phone reception who sent someone to break me out. The saving grace is that I needed to leave the room and that it did not happen during a fire! They did move me to another room unfortuantely it felt...
