"The manager Norman was very helpful when I needed assistance with a prepaid charge after our stay. My daughter have a service dog that I had prepaid for just in case we would have any issues with their accepting pets upon arrival. I was told the charge would be waived but when it went through the next day, he promptly refunded it and was so kind throughout the process. The room was very nice, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. "

Soft towels, cozy robe, excellent mattress and pillows. Need exhaust fan in restroom. Need HVAC redone to omit noisy HVAV box at window."

"We only stayed one night. The rooms were large but set up weird. There was a small about a foot and a half walkway between the bed and the wall to get to the bathroom. But there was a large area in front of the other bed. Breakfast was what you would expect. Nothing to write about. "
