"Hotel is not be but is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, it gets really jammed up outside the hotel at times and in the night, especially weekends and publick holidays, the pubs round the corner can get really crowded and noisy."

"The Face Suites are a reasonable and good accommodation options in KL. There are some positives - excellent housekeeping staff and good location to public transport options. The quality of the food in the general restaurant was very good. Negatives include poorly organised check-in/checkout areas. On arrival was sent from one area to another so checked out where we had been checked in only to be told to go where we had been sent from one check-in. "The check in process was more clunky than it needs to be. Simply let me pay before I arrive online, or have the ability to take payment when picking up the key. Room was fine with a nice large room and wonderful view in a great part of the city. Towels were really old and should be upgraded. Bed was stiffer than it needed to be. "

"Millerz Square by Mykey Global was a straight forward experience. Checked in at the "front desk" which was outside at the drop off turn about. Very nicely decorated and modern accommodation. Clean and comfortable. "

"It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "

"Hotel location was near KLCC. If you have big family or small kids which requires daily cooking or washing, this apartment would be ideal for you. However, you might want to arrange your own breakfast. The breakfast was served in packed meal and choices were limited. After a few days, you would have tried all the food choices. "

"The ac and fan not working when we arrived. the wall was dirty. they left a dead plant in the apartment. one of the cushions was busted. the closet door only opened halfway - badly designed. tge freezer stink with durian odor left by previous tenant. I would not recommend this poorly-maintained apartment to anyone. "
