"This property was spotless, well stocked and perfectly appointed. Horseshoes and a pit, discs for a disc golf basket in the yard. Communication with the owner was timely and efficient. If you like coffee…this is your place. Beans, grinder, French Press and an instapot await your morning ritual. A very nice touch. "

"The treehouse was fun and very clean and our check-in instructions were easy to follow. The downsides were that we stayed in the winter and because it’s a treehouse it was pretty cold on the bottom level away from the heater. The top level that had the bedroom was plenty warm. It is also a farm so roosters do crow at 5:30am, so sleeping in may or may not be an option! Also, the ranch cart does not work too well in cold conditions so you may have to walk a bit in the cold. "This is a junk house. I cancelled and checked out immediately after seeing the room with torn curtains not hanging on the valance, non functional TV. Cigarette butts all over the grounds. I could go on."
