"loved our stay here! the subway entrance/exit was sort of difficult to find to or from the hotel but we only stayed here for one night so it was still a great stay! the hotel itself was amazing!"

"Very conveniently located. The staff are friendly. Very neat and clean with amazing amenities. About 10 minutes underground walk from the Osaka station. When you get out of the train ticket machine go towards the south exit. It will take you to the B1 level. Then continue the to walk straight until you find the exit 1141A. Then go up to the surface level. Look up and you will see the hotel name. Turn right to get to the hotel entrance. Reception is at the 2nd level. "
