"Superb location, in the heart of the village. Private parking incredibly useful. Owner very flexible on time periods and change over days. Quick response to queries as well. We had an excellent week away. One thing to note is that the stairs are quite steep (being in a cottage, not a surprise) but the more elderly or very the young might need an eye keeping on them. Property refurb is showing its age in a couple of places - but on the whole, it was excellent. Water pressure good, shower good...

"I booked this with pay at property option. Hotel took money straight away and refused to pay back. 2 days before my stay I receive a voicemail to say under new management and not honouring existing bookings. Disgraceful !!!"
