"Excellent option for reasonably priced western hotel in Nairobi. It's attached to the next door Fairview Hotel which is an IHG property and has great amenities like a pool and various dining options. These are necessary as you are advised not to go out at night in Nairobi so you are more or less stuck at the hotel. Room was clean and good sized. Bed linens were of high quality. Cleaning daily. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of options including fruit, yogurt, bakery, cereal, made to order...

"We had a very bad experience in this hotel. At 2:30 am someone started knocking at our door at least 3 times. I woke up and when I opened the door, there was the bell boy bringing a suitcase that was not ours. After he noticed he got the wrong room, he apologized and left. It was almost impossible for us to get back to sleep and we felt tired all day long. It is unbelievable that a "5 star" hotel has this type of mistakes.
