"Ok so here's the deal. The staff is excellent, very helpful and supportive. The common areas are beautiful. The shuttle is great. Here are the BUTS: 1). Beds are AWFUL. I literally have bruises on my hips because how the slats can be felt through the mattress. 2). Food is sub par and INSANELY overpriced, especially for what it is. "Absolutely not worth the price tag. Disgusting experience to be honest. I must say staff has nothing to do with it. It’s the hotel itself. We booked a classic lake view room which costed extra. Turns out it’s not in the main building like we would expect (this was not disclosed at a time of the booking). Room is dated. Small. Far from being the cleanest. Soundproofing- Zero!!! I mean zero. I hear people taking in the next room as I write this. Doors are slamming. It’s crazy. Impossible to sleep....
