"We stayed overnight in Queen Charlotte room, beautiful setup with everything ready to use. Fridge was filled ready for our breakfast, fresh fruits and cookies for your afternoon tea too. Walking distance to the wharf and restaurants. Friendly host, dog and Jack & Jill the sheep. Will definitely come back again"

"A very good experience checking in. Got an upgrade which was great. The room was large, lounge living area, and two seperate bedrooms. The athroom was large with a very good shower and a seperate toilet which is most unusual for this type of place. All was clean and well stocked. The manager was helpful, friendly, and a had a great sense of humour. Very good experience over all"

"Like: Garden and quirky endearing Villa. Showers ok. Bed was ok. Free basic breakfast but as no milk was provided only bread jam or toast were possible. Dislike: Thought we booked en suite but only a double was allocated. The advertised free shuttle to ferry was not available and hasn’t been for years. Spa out of order. Kitchen was filthy - sticky floors and not enough tea towels so the three or so were soaking wet. Hardly hygienic. Very little space in fridge and no freezer. No...

"A great spot on the waterfront. High ceilings and a huge balcony make it a must stay place in picton. Carpark space was large enough for a big suv. Well equiped kitche (just bring some cooking oil). Good sized bedrooms. Great double height lounge space."
