"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Elevators were set up where you entered on the main floor with your luggage cart and exited out the other side at your floor. No maneuvering the cart around. Beautiful indoor pool and outside sun deck."

I believe he was the maintenance supervisor went out of his way to fix our AC unit when our room had no air and checked up on us later to make sure everything was working.
