"I asked the front desk for somebody to come help us with our electrical outlet because we could not plug anything in. Nobody came to help. We had to resort to plug in the coffee maker into the outlet below the safe. "

"Great hotel with great friendly staff. We stayed in the family suite for 8 nights and it was perfect for 4 of us. The description says 3 bathrooms but it’s 2 1/2 and the half bathroom causes odor throughout entire condo if the door is left open. The stove does not work and there is no microwave to warm things up. The property is located by very few street vendors but there are a couple of restaurants and 7-11’s near by. "None whatsoever the receptionist have terrible attitude, actually I want to cancelled this at the so call hotel, checked in first room, sink was leaking real bad, move to second one, curtain unable to completely close, request maintenance to fix it, no worker on property , so I have to with Slide openly curtain. Very Difficult to get transportations, taxi or grab service don’t know to enter property, Avery bad experiences."

"The rooms were good sized and decorated with a classic appeal. Large led tv but a big comfortable king sized bed with netting. Ac worked well and hot water was plentiful. The meals at the restaurant were superb, and the pools were clean and inviting. A great location to get away from the hustle of Bangkok."
