Staff was amazing and even called right away when we left one of our suitcases at the hotel when departing for a very early flight! "I loved my stay here. The property was in an incredible area; loads of places to eat between cafes and restaurants, shopping of all kinds surrounding, easy short walks to any of the local sightseeing. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, the communication before checkin was extremely helpful and they offered us early check in for no fee when we got there early and tired from our long train ride there. Our room was spacious, well supplied, very clean and exceptionally comfortable. It was a great space especially for the price we paid. The bed was the comfiest of our trip. The shower was incredible, the supplied kitchenette was a wonderful surprise and the breakfast was quite a good spread for a very decent price. I’m sad to leave Verona so soon but I am eager to come back and when I do, I will be staying here again. "
