As first time visitors, we researched options and chose the Vanderbilt because it seemed central in location and the fact there were onsite spa services and good bar. This first choice was fortunate because we then met Morgan, the lead concierge. I booked the hotel and then immediately emailed re:spa services. Morgan called within 5 minutes of my email to book our appts and then proactively offered other services, ideas, and resources....

"I thought the Hotel was good, and convenient to many places and all walking distance. Hotel breakfast was ok the bar in the evening was not available that was a disappointment, the Saturday we stayed it was a private event, understandable, but Sunday it wasn't open. Some buildings in the area where run down, but overall I enjoyed my stay and would go back again."
