"Communicational skills , Reception was not customer friendly , exception of one who spoke good English and Urdu, The roads get blocked for prayers and the security didnt let us get through even we had reservation for the hotel , we wasted 3 hrs to get to the hotel and check in so we could perform umrah , since thd hotel is near Haram there has to be a better way to get to the hotel , we paid extra to taxi for circling around the Makkah tower couple of times, bathroom was ok needs maintenance,...

"This was a gem of a hotel! It was our first time booking in Makkah and it was a fantastic location. It was right next to the clock tower to access and the internal lift made such a difference. The stay was so comfortable with shops in such close proximity. Would stay here again "
