"The view was beautifully from every corner of the property. I would definitely recommend. We arrived a lil late, so the restaurant was closed. We were given an option to order room service, but were then told the kitchen was actually closed. The good thing is that the rest of the town was a short drive & we were able to easily eat outside of the hotel. We also requested a boat service from a near by town. We had to pay a dock fee. Everything else was amazing. "

"The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had issues with the internet connection in our room the first two days, but they got it rectified. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay there again if we go to Panajachel. "

"Absolutely love Casa Palopo and so glad we decided to stay here during our trip to Lake Atitlan!! The views are amazing and the service and kindness the staff showed us was outstanding. They staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We had NO issues with communication or hot water in our rooms. So I'm really surprised by the other reviews left. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely and they were happy to accommodate to my food allergies with no problems!!!...
