This hotel is amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is stunning and the location is awesome. The only downside to this hotel, and other buildings in the UK,is the absence of air conditioning. When we visited London it was in excess of 32C. The hotel does provide fans and heavy blackout drapery, but it was still stifling throughout the hotel. Overall though, I loved this hotel. Easy walking distance to dining, entertainment, shopping, cultural sights and train stations. Clean, modern rooms and amenities, with nice beds and pillows. Would stay here again!

Great location for finance district and some top tourist spots. Easy to grab lunch and a beer in every direction!

The Waterloo station looks super close to hotel but it’s at least 5-10 mins walk FYI, due to the entrance being at a weird location. Otherwise location was great. Staff extremely responsive. We had a

Absolutely perfect for a place to stay in London after a late concert. Practically opposite Holborn Tube station and walking distance to Covent Garden. Room had no window so a little like sleeping in a big cupboard but we were literally there to sleep. Well laid out with all normal hotel provision - kettle, hairdryer etc. Would definitely use again if in London for a night.

From check in to check out the staff and the premises were as expected and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Being from another country they were able to clue us in to some local things that helped with our trip.
