"Overall, the property was nice and easy to check in. Take note, check in is by computer and not an actual person. We were able to leave our bags after check out in the lobby area and there was a lock system there, however the system asked you to only leave them there until the afternoon. I felt like this defeats the purpose of leaving my bags there since if I check out at like 11am… it means I should come back for them at like 12 or 1pm? "Very convenient and 5-10 mins walk to Namba station… love the room as well as it quite spacious with a bunk bed and 2 single beds.. the staffs are very friendly as they will give recommendations, will check in with you how’s the day, any help is required and etc.. "

"Stayed here for 5 nights with a family of 3. Easy check-in process with the operator upon arrival, clean and spacious room, just enough amenities needed in the room. Less than 5 mins walk to convenience stores and train stations nearby. Would def stay here again when visiting Osaka"

"Fantastic apartment-style room. We (2 adults, 2 kids - 8&10) had lots of space. The kitchenette allowed us to make our own beeakfast most days. The hotel had small appliances that we could borrow such as toaster and rice cooker. Laundry on site was quick and efficient. We could not have asked for a better hotel. The location was not ideal in that it was not very close to much of the shopping areas (eg. Nishiki market is about a 15-20 min walk). There is a grocery store across the street as well...

"The location is convenience, inside is clean and tidy and the washing machine is a bonus for our trip. I wonder if YouTube will be available in future since we don’t understand Japanese languages provided at the TV. I also feel unpleasant when an extra blanket cannot be provided when we request it. Other than that, everything is fine."

"The twin room was roomy with the softest mattresses we've found so far. Also had a great laundry machine with free detergent (tip: use the bathroom's heating function as a clothes drying room). This location was by the Red line which we ended up using the most to get around from Shin-Osaka, Osaka Castle and Aquarium (with the Green line) There were some downsides to the place with the constant noise from the elevator, no soundproofing so you could hear loud ambulances/bikes, and we were not...

"When arrived around 3pm local time, I was greeted by a staff member who actually spoke a pretty good English. She assisted me with various needs so I felt easy and home already. The room was nicely equipped just like what it stated and all worked flawlessly. Nice to have Family mart store located on the first floor of the same building. Definitely & highly recommend Minn Hotel chains when traveling to Japan. Couldn’t be happier."

"Fantastic stay—lots of room and super clean! While it’s not in the typical touristy part of Osaka, if you’re okay walking through a rowdier nightlife zone, I thought the location was great."

"It is located in a quiet location with a stone's throw to Dotomburi and Kuromon market. The room was clean and came with a washing machine. The only minus point is that the pillow is too flat and hard. "

"Super close to Dontonbori if you are walking! AC worked well and the room was nice. Exactly what you expect when booking it, it is an apartment style place. It can get pretty noisy but earplugs are provided to sleep! "

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"A well-maintained hotel with many free working facilities. It is conveniently nearby Namba Metro and the Nankai is just a walk away. The best benefit staying there is the free breakfast featuring traditional Japanese offerings that change each day. People complaining about the breakfast probably are Westerners who need to broaden their tastes"
