"What we loved: the food, the staff, the resort's willingness to receive constructive feedback during our stay and make immediate changes to rectify what they could, the live music, the overall ambience of the resort What we hope they improve: The rooms and bathrooms are outdated. The shower was 3' x 3', barely big enough for one person; It would be nice if they allowed you to take food back to your room when you pay for the all inclusive; better mattresses (either way too soft or way too firm); the pool is great for families, but the beach is full of rocks so it's not great for kids or for swimming. Overall it was definitely more positive than negative and we look forward to returning and bringing our kids with us. It's the only all-inclusive resort on the island and that fact alone makes it worth every penny! "

"Hotel sits high on a hill and has an amazing view of Charlotte Amalie and Yacht Haven Grande. The staff is exceptional. We only stayed one night as we were attending a wedding at Hull Bay so we didn’t get to fully utilize the facilities, but everything looked clean and well maintained. "

"Great stay only thing was that the pool was really gross at the bottom but swim able so the only thing I would change was the pool cleaning (it had algae and slimy substances at the bottom and felt gross to touch and had to float/swim above.) "
