" We were visiting Natchitoches and needed a "smoking" room which means that our options were limited. After reading some of the reviews, I wasn't sure about staying here but it's location was good so we took a chance. This place is a good economical choice. It isn't fancy but it does have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, check in was easy. It has some sort of breakfast but we didn't check it out. "Wonderful location and staff "

"The property itself was not easy to get to due to the reconstruction on the roads. It is in a convenient location near other hotels and close enough to Historical Natchitoches within 15 minutes. Breakfast was the usual hot break everyone else serves and the hotel was clean and comfortable. "

"Lawrence at the front desk was very efficient and kind. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom clean too. We stayed one night and the bed was super comfortable. We would recommend staying here, and will come back if given the chance. "

"The room was dark with not enough lighting. Very out dated. Typical low budget hotel. We were attending an event so most everything else was sold out. It served the purpose since we were only there one night."

"Beautiful home. We stayed at Opus House for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint. Denise and Cole were excellent hosts. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I thought the section of the house was nice spacious with great AC. some of the rooms down stair had some dead roaches present, but everything else was perfect and I had my privacy without any issues."

"We loved the property! Feels so remote but you are super close to town to go eat and shop and enjoy why you came to Natchitoches. There are six beautiful cabins that are elevated up on the hilltop with plenty space between to have privacy. With a patio and a porch swing so you can sit and relax. It is definitely dog friendly, and there is a wonderful dog, I think her name was Addie, and I believe she adopted us while we were there and I would have taken her home except how could you take...
