"I grew up in Southbridge and came back to visit family. I do travel quite a bit and I can honestly say this hotel ranks way up on my list for cleanliness, friendliness of staff, parking, and convenience of location. I very highly recommend this hotel. "The people at the desk were very helpful when the heat didn't work in our room, we were given a new room very quickly. They remained helpful and good natured throughout the extremely busy weekend. The condition of the room - it could be updated but all hotels seem to all have been built at the same time - 30 years ago! Restaurant service was great too. "
