"This is a simple lodging very conveniently located the Falls are about 15 minutes walk, there are great restaurants in front and next to the property, and big market for souvenirs. Cons- cleaning can be greatly improved. Best- inside the hotel we had the greatest coffee in the whole trip. Super delicious! "I used to stay at Troutbeck back in the 60s as a child and this was a nostalgic trip for me. For the most part everything seemed to have been beautifully maintained with the top rooms having had an upgrade - all seemed brand new and the bed was soooo comfortable. "Had a lovely 3 night stay here in February and would return if we found ourselves in Vic Falls again. Staff were friendly and helpful, whilst the property was clean and tidy. The pool was a nice area to relax, whilst the room was great. The king size bed was huge and comfortable, whilst the aircon worked well and the room was nice and quiet. "While the property is a bit older, it was very clean. The bed and bedding has been updated so it was very comfortable. The blocks of rooms were spreadout over the large property so it was quite private and quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially a young man named Blessing. His service was exceptional. The pool area was large. Maybe a few more sunloungers were needed."

The staff were friendly and attentive, and very helpful in arranging transportation. We did have significant issues with the wifi, which was problematic as my friend needed it to work. The staff worked to get it resolved, and it eventually was, but this was quite inconvenient."
