"We had a great time! The hotel was superb! The staff was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was great as was. The surprise afternoon tea was a pleasure. The staff went out of their way to help when my phone cord was damaged in transit. The hotel is in a great location. When I return I To Venice, I will certainly stay there again!"

"Excellent service, easy to check bags before/after stay and very easy access to the train line (which is a trade off for how busy/touristy this area is). Be forewarned that if you’re staying over on a Friday night, there is significant noise Saturday morning for multiple hours while the trash boat loads up numerous cart loads in the canal right by your windows. Beautiful views and service overall. "
