"A great location for our family group. Staff was welcoming and unfailingly pleasant throughout. Enjoyed the food options. Favorite buffet for breakfast and lunch was the beach cove. Pools were lovely but the beach cove stood out with plenty of shade for lounging, shallows for the kids and fun snorkeling. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife (though discovered the monkeys know how to open the sliding balcony door to scout for food —had to keep it locked!) Appreciated how the buildings and facilities...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Had a few small issues (leak in the ceiling by the AC unit which took 2 times to fix), plugged shower drain. They were handled quickly so it was no big deal. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. the resort clean and wonderful atmosphere. If i travel to Mexico again, I would like to stay at The Reef!"
