"Lo que no nos gusto es que durante toda la estadía hubo un solo ascensor funcionando y el que iba a las cocheras jamás funcionó con lo que eso implica para bajar o subir cosas del auto sumado al cansancio que se acumula a lo largo del día. Incluso el personal de limpieza tenía que compartir con el huésped el ascensor con los carros de transporte de toallas/ sábanas. Nuestra habitación estaba en el tercer piso y según el peso del huésped y la cantidad de personas en la habitación de arriba...

"Room was perfect like always, except that we were right next to the elevator; so we asked to be move to another room, young man at the counter seemed bother that he had to make other arrangements and he told us that there was no more rooms available far from the elevator. We went ahead and took the key for the room, it was not a big problem for us. We started getting settled, turn on the a/c and it didn’t worked. Went back to let them know, and the guy that originally helped us gave us another...
