"This was probably the best rate i’ve gotten from booking from a hotel (and i travel a lot so to find one with this great price) i was very weary of trying it to begin with because of how low the room was going for. "Very excellent customer service. Upon check in, I was greeted warmly by name, directed to our room. She thoroughly explained all the amenities regarding use of the pool, gym, and where breakfast would be waiting for me when we woke up. Everything was very clean and well put together, right down to the elegantly beautiful folded towels in our bathroom. We had a very quiet nights sleep... it felt like we were the only ones there. We were well rested after the long drive and ready to continue on...

"Stay started off rough. I asked for a non-smoking room and it reeked of smoke. Attending front desk wasn’t very helpful and the situation. The night front desk came in called me and was able to get me a real non-smoking room. I guess field workers stay there and they were roudy in the parking lot. "
