"We love this hotel! The staff is always super kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our little ones love the giant pool (although the water is cold….even during the winter). We enjoy the hot tub, lap pool and sauna. The breakfast is great w/ lots of options (eggs, meat, biscuits, pancakes, bagels, yogurt, juices, coffee, etc). Very close to Erie (10 minute drive). We ordered pizza from the restaurant next door and it was pretty good. My only complaint is that my pillow was uncomfortable (didn’t realize there was a flatter one), and a truck w/ snowplow started plowing the parking lot at 3am and did not stop until 5am (there wasn’t very much snow). The scraping was so loud and/or I am apparently a light sleeper because it kept me awake from 3-5am….so that sucked. However, this is a wonderful hotel and the littles love it! We always have fun here :)"

"Staff is always friendly, breakfast is good, great transportation to the airport and easy parking at the hotel for extended stays. "

"Very clean, heated pool was very nice rooms very nice size and sound proof I felt like we were pretty loud and if I didn’t see people go in rooms I would’ve thought the place was empty . I took the kids nobody complained about them. The pool area had towels and was easy to find breakfast was great "
