"This is a great guest house and who includes breakfast anymore?? My cousin and I stayed for one night and our room was very warm, cozy, and the owner made us very welcome. He went above and beyond with breakfast the next morning and cooked up custom meals for each of us! "I stayed in the Rosslea as I was attending a business meeting the next day. Firstly I was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so if you have mobility issues could be an issue.
