The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a convenient location—close to restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive into Memphis. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but I did notice that the rooms could use a bit of an update. A fresh coat of paint and some modern touches would go a long way in improving the overall feel. The staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth. "Good price for downtown area compared to other hotels on same strip. They also have one of the few Rooftop bars in downtown Memphis with a great view. Hotel rooms are quite with no interruption from others or outside noise."

"Road trip with my daughter and wanted to stop by Graceland. This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay. The restaurants in the hotel were convenient so you don’t have leave. Free shuttles to Graceland was a plus! "

"Our stay was awesome. When we arrive, we arrived seven hours early. I walked in and asked so we could check in early and a manager looked it up and said no problem. We have two rooms available. That made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to start our vacation soon. We took off and enjoyed the sites of Memphis. My kids got to swim in a swimming pool. My grandkids had an awesome time. I would recommend Hyatt lotta places to see a lot of places to go. A lot of stuff was close."
