"The hotels reception staff and the room itself was amazing, albeit when using the glass lift, areas of the hotel seriously need cleaning. As it was a special occasion (hubby's milestone birthday), we'd book to dine in the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill which we were exceptionally disappointed in and certainly WOULDN'T recommend dining in there.
