Booked on Expedia, motel put $50.00 deposit on my card, but was refunded within a week. I understand why they do it, but should have explained it to us first. "

"The manager at the front desk was wonderful! I had been awake for over 24 hours working & driving to see my boyfriend in the hospital & she gave me an early check-in time! She also told me about calling the hospital to get the friends and family discount that Landmark offers to PMC hospital patients' families, which was a HUGE blessing to me financially! I truly appreciated the effort that this hotel put in to make my stay there the best they could! I would highly recommend this property as my room was clean & quiet & I couldn't begin to beat the rate they give to PMC patient's families/friends anywhere else in Pikeville!"
