Location was very convenient with many coffee/bakery and restaurant options just steps away. Easy walk to Knightsbridge tube station and we had no issues getting taxis or Ubers within minutes. The key turned a strange way and felt it was something simple they could have told us rather than having to go all the way back to reception.
