Wonderful

Lovely house with everything you need. Area of incredible beauty. The tiny port town of Viavelez is charming and very quiet. Groceries and patisseries nearby, as well as many restaurants- one only a block away! Just an incredible part of Spain and Edu is an excellent host willing to give any help needed.

Beautiful house in village setting. Fab holiday

This property is fantastic. Initial response from owner is so quick and helpful. This service continues all the way through with holiday suggestions, meeting us in village and checking up with emails. Owners are great hosts. The house speaks for itself- it is stunning and a great place to relax in a beautiful location. This was our first visit to this part of Spain and we will return to this house and area of Spain again. Perfect location to visit this unspoilt area of Northern Spain.

La atención de Edu ha sido estupenda, en todo momento dispuesto a ofrecerte indicaciones e información de la zona. Siempre atento. La casa muy bonita, los espacios amplios y muy original. Limpia y bien decorada. El entorno maravilloso. Solo señalar q la habitación del ático es un poco incomoda por la altura del techo en la zona de la cama. Por lo demás las estancias son super confortables.

Estancia maravillosa

Preciosa casa tal cual la ves en las fotos. Todo limpísimo y cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. El trato con los dueños perfecto desde el minuto 1. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento antes, durante y después. Recomendándonos un montón de cosas y con un gran recibimiento por parte de Edu. Ubicada en un entorno maravilloso, hemos pasado unos días estupendos en familia con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Recomendable cien por cien para disfrutar de Asturias y descansar.

Un lugar idílico

El pueblo/aldea donde se encuentra la casa es monísimo, con un encanto especial, además al haber pasado la Navidad allí lo hizo más especial aún. Alrededor hay sitios muy chulos para visitar. La casa no parece de alquiler, es una casa con personalidad, carácter y te encuentras acogido desde el primer momento, un diseño original y muy bien decorada. Los dueños muy pendientes de todo, en todo momento y con todo tipo de facilidades. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda, un acierto de sitio para nuestras mini-vacaciones de Navidad, han sido unos días fantásticos. Sin didad

Amazing!!!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house is gorgeous, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Edu is very responsive - offering lots of ideas of things to do and checking in regularly. The house is in a wonderful, quiet village, with a great deck for enjoying tapas! I can't recommend this property enough.

Una casa de ensueño, moderna y práctica, en un pueblo de ensueño y muy tranquilo. Pero lo mejor de la vacaciones no fue la casa, sino la atención de su dueño, Eduardo, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto pero dejándonos a nuestro aire. Nos proporcionó valiosísima información sobre actividades para todas las vacaciones: restaurantes, excursiones, playas... todas muy recomendables. Nos dejamos muchas por hacer, así que habrá que volver.

Großartiges Ferienhaus

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in diesem großartigen und architektonisch sehr gelungenen Haus. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Oviedo mit seinen präromanischen Kirchen, dem Cabo Vidio, dem Kathedralen-Strand (sehr zu empfehlen!) und vieles andere mehr. Die Kommunikation mit Eduardo und die Hausübergabe waren perfekt.

Beautiful house in wonderful fishing port with exceptional host

There was really nothing not to like about Edu and Bea's outstanding and original property in the lovely fishing port of Viavalez. The use of natural light and fabulous interior design make it a very special place. Edu is the most considerate host and made our stay really enjoyable. Recommendations and reservation were welcome from a local with a real passion for the area. There is an abundance of things to do in the surrounding area if the weather is good or bad. Recommend 100%.

Unos días maravillosos

El pasado fin de semana pudimos disfrutar de 4 dias en Asturias en esta casa. Celebrabamos un cumpleaños, fuimos 7 personas y repetiríamos sin duda, la casa y el pueblo sobrepasó las expectativas que teníamos. La casa es tal cual se ve en la foto ESPECTACULAR, la decoración preciosa, la casa muuuuy limpia, con todo lo necesario para cocinar (batidora, exprimidor, tostadora...), en esa cocina da gusto cocinar y sentarte en esa mesa a desayunar. La casa decorada con muchísimo gusto, parece una casa de revista, todos y cada uno de los detalles están cuidados. El pueblo es precioso, un pueblecito muy pequeño con un paseo en el puerto super bonito donde puedes ver el oleaje y el pueblo desde otra perspectiva. Sabíamos que sólo tenía un bar el pueblo, pensabamos que era el típico bar, pero no, es un bar con mucho encanto, tiene muy buen ambiente y te sacan comida cada rato mientras te tomas algo, todos los días tomamos algo allí cuando volvíamos, el último día nos sacaron tapas de fabes con almejas, riquísimas!! En cuanto a los anfitriones todo perfecto, estuvieron muy atentos a nosotros dandonos indicaciones de que ver, mapas de los pueblos cercanos, donde comprar leña, restaurantes con direcciones, donde comprar pescado en las lonjas de pescadores de pueblos cercanos, muy atentos, y se agradece. Seguimos sus recomendaciones, tapia para el tapeo ideal, la cofradia de rinlo espectacular con su arroz caldoso con bogavante. Ha sido un cumpleaños inolvidable y seguro que repetiremos. En una casa tan bonita y en ese pueblo tan acogedor no podría haber sido mejor!! Dar las gracias a Edu & Bea por todo!!

Charming

Vamos por partes. La CASA, arquitectónicamente es muy singular, las estancias comunes son muy amplias y tiene mucha luz. Las habitaciones muy acogedoras y lo importantes, las camas son muy cómodas y se duerme fenomenal. Añadir que la temperatura dentro es fantástica y si se abren las ventanas se puede dormir escuchando el ruido de las olas en el puerto. Está equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos de vacaciones. El lugar....un pueblo de película. Calles con mucho encanto, vistas espectaculares, tranquilidad y silencio a la vez que compañía y animación en la ya mencionada Taberna (gintonic). Eduardo, entregado al máximo, un superhost y se deben seguir todas sus recomendaciones de la zona, todo lo que nos contó fue un acierto. Si hubiera una apartado de "algunas verdades" os comentaría que internet o cobertura móvil, llega con velocidad baja, por aquellos padres de pre/adolescentes o workadictos....pero es una oportunidad de desconectar de lo mundano y conectar con Viavelez. Igualmente y si la orografía hubiera sido otra no se habrían necesitado tantas escaleras para adaptar la casa, pero entonces ya no habrías estado en Viavelez......que sería del Cantábrico sin su oleaje? No eche de menos una tetera, pero me faltaron unas pinzas de marisco....😇 Mil gracias, por estos días fantásticos, hemos sido muy felices.

Eine Wohlfühlwoche

Eine Woche in einem toll gestalteten Haus. Design und Einrichung hervorragend. Es funktionierte alles!!! Gute Ratschläge und wertvolle Tipps vom Vermieter. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Hafen. Ein gutes Restaurant in der unmittelbaren Nähe, ansonsten ist das Auto mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den nächsten Orten die Wahl. Viel Raum im Haus. Parkmöglichkeiten um das Haus herum. Zugang ist etwas schwierig und steil. Vermieter war immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Von uns eine unbedingte Weiterempfehlung. Als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gut geeignet.

Estupenda casa en un entorno maravilloso

La casa es estupenda, mucho mejor que en las fotos. Mucha luz natural, muy confortable, arquitectura de diseño y una muy cuidada decoración realizada por los propietarios. En cuanto a equipamiento tiene de todo, mucho más de lo que esperas encontrar. Todo tipo de electrodomésticos, productos de limpieza, juegos, libros, material de playa, bicicletas... En cuanto a los propietarios solo conocimos a Edu, encantador, amable y servicial. Nos facilito información sobre la zona, tiendas, farmacias, etc. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estancia. A Bea no tuvimos la suerte de conocerla, aunque de ella podemos decir que es una magnifica decoradora (Edu nos confeso que fue ella quien se encargo de la decoración de la casa). Y que decir del entorno, de película. Viavélez es un pueblecito pesquero encantador, muy tranquilo y pintoresco. Un sitio ideal, no solo para unas vacaciones, sino también para vivir. Muy bien comunicado, no tardas más de 10 minutos en llegar a la Autovía del Cantábrico, pero a la vez estas a miles de kilómetros del ruido y las aglomeraciones. Recomendaré esta casa y este pueblo a todos mis amigos y conocidos que quieran visitar Asturias, sin duda. Así como no tengo tampoco ninguna duda, de que si volvemos a la zona repetiremos. Muchas gracias por todo Edu & Bea, un fuerte abrazo desde Ibiza.

La recomiendo totalmente.

Las fotos se quedan cortas para mostrar la preciosidad de casa que es La Postoca. No falta ni un solo detalle. Impecablemente limpia, decorada al mínimo detalle y con todo lo que se puede necesitar para pasar unos días. Los dueños, super amables, nos dieron indicaciones de rutas para conocer la zona que es increíble. Viavélez, el pueblo donde está situada la casa, tiene mucho encanto y desde uno de sus miradores se pueden ver unas puestas de sol absolutamente alucinantes. En definitiva, recomendable 100%. Unas de las mejores casas que he alquilado en mi vida.
