"One of the most Exceptional hotels I ever stayed at and i travel all over the world. The staff was amazing, very helpful, super friendly and fast. Food was authentic and exquisite. Spa service was amazing and Megan was great and accommodating. The staff at the bar were on point as well and everybody had a warm smile and were helpful. The only negative encounter was with general Manager who only greats Foreigners who speak french even though we had the best and most expensive suite in the hotel. She didn’t even say hi or congratulate us on our honeymoon while passing by us on multiple occasions. Meanwhile, she was sitting with almost every other foreigner guests in their tables for minutes and minutes which made us feel singled out. Over all the hotel is phenomenal and staff really made our stay memorable, Michelle at the pool, Mohamed, Hussein, Serena, Emad and kyrollos were fantastic. "
