"It was our very first time at the Langham, yet we were spoiled from the moment we stepped in, as one would expect if a frequent visitor. We were surprisingly updated to a 1 bedroom suite and this made our stay even more comfortable. All the staff was extremely friendly and ready to satisfy our requests. Such a lovely surprise. The bed was large and very comfortable, the view over London, with the Shard, was spectacular. The only downside was one of the elevators was broken when we were there so we had to wait almost 10 minutes in the morning to get one. Otherwise our stay was great and would stay here again. "
